Who are these magical creatures of the cold?
They manage to look so cute and put together in the dead of winter, while I pile on every article of clothing I own and stick to my excuse that the more homeless I look the less likely I am to be harassed or abducted...still I freeze. Oh Jealousy.

This is exactly what I've been asking myself all month long.
obviously the right scarf/collar arrangement is key here.
